Nathan has acquired and repositioned dozens of properties representing over $100 million in value. After earning an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Nathan began his career at Ernst & Young and went on to serve as Chief Financial Officer/Controller for several Arizona-based companies. He founded Southwest Realty and Property Management, LLC, which managed approximately 1,200 apartment units and single-family homes prior to being acquired by Realogy (NYSE: RLGY). Mr. Reid is a six-time Ironman finisher.
Geoff moved to Arizona in 2006 to oversee the renovation work for a private real estate developer. After converting over 2,000 apartments to condominiums, the focus shifted to acquiring, renovating, and repositioning over 20 distressed Class B&C multi-family properties. Geoff acquired his General Contractors license and founded Orange Construction, ultimately growing the company to 24 employees.
Penny is responsible for liaising with construction and property managers, overseeing investor communications, and leasing CAP assets to tenants that want to live in highly sought-after, vibrant properties. She has over twenty years’ experience in corporate leadership roles. Penny began her career working for Cargill, Inc, where she spent 12 years developing key relationships with big box retailers, Home Depot and Lowes, and General Electric. She then served as VP of Global Membership for The Entrepreneurs’ Organization where she managed organization-wide communication plans and a global sales team.
Alan has served as a financial executive in the areas of real estate, family wealth, private and public financial investments, tax, trust, estate, and philanthropy for over 25 years. Alan has served public and private real estate companies in finance and operations, assisting in acquiring, financing, entitling, developing, managing, and disposing of over $1 billion of single family, multi-family, and commercial land and operating assets. He has also provided financial, tax, investment, risk management, and advisory services to high net worth individuals and families. Alan started his career at the boutique real estate accounting and consulting firm of Kenneth Leventhal & Co., where he assisted clients in audit, tax, and consulting services including valuation, modeling, and litigation support; he ultimately served as a manager in the Ernst & Young, LLP/Kenneth Leventhal real estate group. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Southern California. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Arizona, and a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona. He serves on the board of the Arizona chapter of Financial Executives International and the advisory board of the Phoenix Diocese of St. Vincent de Paul.
